又到了十二月，一年的尾声；可是在这个佳节时期，我却兴致乏乏。
公司的业绩受金融风暴波及，至今还没能恢复。自年初开始，公司已经实施了一系列缩减开销的措施 - 强制放假、减薪、冻结加薪和花红等等等。原本想说，和公司共同进退，度过这个难关，短期的牺牲也没什么，只希望管理层看到我们的努力，到业绩好转的时候再赔偿、奖励我们的付出。可是，这一年下来，却只有将管理层的无能，看的越来越清楚。真的是心灰意冷。
不明白，为什么在订单大大锐减的时候，生产线还一直加班赶货？
不明白，为什么公司向所有的职员宣布，新加坡分公司必须跟从美国总公司的措施，在年底shut down一个星期，而强制我们职员拿假；而后来我们却发现美国总公司根本就没有要shut down？
不明白，为什么公司宁可付1.5 甚至2倍的时薪给生产线的工人，在十二月每个周末回来加班赶货，就为了年底的shut down？这样有省到钱吗？
不明白，为什么这么无能的管理层还能继续被录用？
看来想要支回原本薪水的日子，似乎是遥遥无期的了。只能说，take it or leave it。。。。
