制做蛋糕初体验 - 巧克力戚风

终于，尝试了第一次做蛋糕。选择了烘制巧克力戚风蛋糕（Chocalate Chiffon Cake)。虽然照足了食谱上的用料，烘烤时间和温度，及老师教的做法，但是我的蛋糕初体验还是不太成功，因为蛋糕没有熟透，底部和中空四周围的部分没完全烤熟。不知道是不是因为我用的是微波烤炉的关系，温度设定和烘烤时间和烤箱应该不同？下次上课要问一问老师了。

毕竟是第一次啦，卖相真的很上不了台面。味道还可以，但口感就不及格了，中间熟透的部分还算松软，但没熟透的部分就有点“湿”。 只好再请教老师和有经验的朋友，找出问题所在，多多练习再改进啦。各位看官，要吃保记蛋糕还得稍候多时了。

    So Wan Fen, have you made Chiffon cake before? Maybe u can share with me ur experience? My coll said my cake is not "uncooked", instead is the egg white handling wow....

    Bobo, you need an oven. A good oven's heat will spread equally and temperature will maintain at certain degree without dropping. I don't recommend japanese brand but German, Italy or Euro made oven is a good choice!

    but the microwave-oven was bought not long ago wow.... no space to accomodate another oven instead.....sigh....how le....

    I nv bake chiffon cake before leh...
    but i agree with ur fren that u need an oven, not those microwave oven. An oven will be better... Baby Belling is good. But its expensive :p

    That's mean u need a tall build-in cabinet to accommodate both microwave-oven and electrical oven. It's time to upgrade your kitchen. Without the proper tools, it's hard to be a good chef, hee hee. Kaixuan, you should invest a bit so your kitchen will always full of baking aroma. The smell makes you feel contented and happy. Anyway, I'm using Ariston Oven. I find it quite good =)

    No need to renovate the whole kitchen. I will show you picture of how an oven can sequence in the kitchen next time. All you need is just a build in cabinet which costs about RM120. Not expensive one...

    YY, i understand what you meant la, but built in cabinet in Singapore will never cost 120 only.... carpentary work here is expensive lor....
