因为已经排了期在下星期一拔除智慧齿，就预先向公司告了下周一整个星期的病假。对于我即将缺席一个星期，我老板和我有了以下对话：
Boss: Rachel, so next week you will be working from home right?
Me: Huh? I will be on MC next week.
Boss: Ya, but you will still be able to work from home right?
Me: But boss, I am on MC lei......
Boss: I know. You may not be able to talk, but should have no problem to use computer what.
Me: ???? Boss, on MC doesn't mean I suppose to rest meh?
Boss: First 2 days you may be suffering, but later you should be good to work what.
Me: ....... (speechless)
Boss: I am thinking to issue you a laptop and get IT to setup the network for you to work from home.
Me: Eh.... but I will be going back to my hometown. I don't think I can access to company's network in Malaysia.
Boss: What?!?!?!? Why go back Malaysia? I still expect you to work from home during that one week.
Me: Of course I want to go back Malaysia so my mum can take care of me.
Boss: Just now I still told big boss you will be working from home.....
Me: Sorry, no lor......I am on MC lei.....
老板们真的很苛刻，即使拿了病假还指望员工在家工作！！！也不想想公司已经削减了我5%的工资，外加强制销假15天了！！！*#%^$#%$@#^&

if doctor gives one week sick leave, means that doctor think that you should rest for the week, that's why MC come to place. %@$%@$%@
ReplyDeleteWow, your boss is very demanding and unreasonable! Maybe you are not really 'sick' in his eyes. Tooth extraction isn't a sickness even though u may suffer pain and uncomfortable. Look at another way... You are quite important to your boss, hee hee. Good helper!

ReplyDelete小燕子，MC当然是有薪假啦! 公司只津贴300的牙医费，是不够cover的。这次我会用自己的CPF还，公司的津贴可以留到下半年再用来洗牙或补牙。
